Job Responsibilities ：

- Handle customers enquires and complains in relation to the project and services via livechat and emails in a professional manner;

- Work closely with the Operations Department and conduct KYC check of clients;

- Conduct market research and analysis information to support business development;

- Prepare reports for the supervisor;

- Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction;

- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements :

- Diploma or above in any disciplines;

- 0-2 year experience in Customer Services/ Call Center, finance related is preferable but not a must;

- Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;

- Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and work under pressure;

- Customer oriented mindset with commitment to deliver quality service;

- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Willing to work in shifts;

- Comfortable with Google Sheets/ Excel, PPT, XMind or other office software, knowledge of design tools would be a plus;

- Fresh graduate with strong related experiences and good communication will also welcome.

Job Responsibilities ：

- Refined operation of overseas social media platforms (Telegram/YouTube/Twitter/FB/Medium, etc.), responsible for the formulation, update and push of English content of each platform, and maintenance of public opinion;

- Pay attention to CFD hot topics and industry trend topics on overseas mainstream social platforms, and formulate interactive activities based on social media for hot topics and new product trends to promote the growth and activity of followers;

- Responsible for official website and APP content planning, planning different theme activities to promote the effect;

- Comprehensively build user educational content to help English users on social media channels understand CFD;

- Formulate the operation and communication strategies of overseas social media channels.

Job Requirements :

- Excellent English writing and reading skills;

- Familiar with the communication rules and operation methods of overseas social media such as Twitter, YouTube and Telegram;

- 2 years and above experience in overseas social media operation;

- Excellent planning, organization, communication and coordination skills;

- Those who have a large number of followers on overseas social media channels are preferred;

- Those who are familiar with CFD are preferred;

- Those who are major in marketing or have the ability to plan pages and events are preferred.
